FoxiPod

Haven't been able to install this, but it sounds great--

  FoxiPod uses Greasemonkey with Firefox
to make downloading MP3s and music files and adding them to iTunes a single-click process.

This will be help with one-off podcasts which I usually save to the Desktop - and then forget.
